The application of buffer tank in catalytic reforming reaction unit

Reforming product buffer: After a series of heat exchange and cooling, the reforming reaction product enters the reforming gas-liquid separation tank for gas-liquid separation, and the separated liquid phase part usually enters the buffer tank, such as the reforming oil buffer tank. This is because the operating conditions of the reforming reaction are harsh, and the flow and pressure of the product may fluctuate, and the buffer tank can stabilize the flow and pressure of the reforming oil, providing a stable feed for subsequent processes such as aromatic extraction, fractionation and cutting.

Application of buffer tank in catalytic reforming product processing unit

Protection of downstream units: Before the reforming oil enters the downstream aromatics extraction and other units, because the reforming oil may contain a certain amount of impurities such as unsaturated olefins, colloids and heavy aromatic hydrocarbons, it is necessary to carry out pretreatment, such as the use of high-efficiency and environmentally friendly liquid phase hydrodeolefin technology. The addition of a reforming oil buffer tank between the dechlorination tank and the deolefin system can increase the pressure while preventing excessive pressure fluctuations caused by the throughput of the ole-fin saturation feed pump, which will affect the stability of the deolefin reaction, and protect the downstream hydrodeolefin system and other devices .

Pressure vessel

According to the principle of action in the production process, pressure vessels are divided into reaction pressure vessels, heat exchange pressure vessels, separation pressure vessels, and storage pressure vessels. The specific division is as follows:

Storage pressure vessel (code C, of which spherical tank code B): It is mainly used to store and hold gas, liquid, liquefied gas and other media, such as various types of storage tanks.
In a pressure vessel, if there are more than two process principles at the same time, the varieties should be divided according to the main role in the process.
